EMDRIA Trained EMDR Therapist.

Relational Psychodynamics & Attachment.

As humans, we all crave connection, this desire shapes us throughout our lives. As a relational therapist, I view challenges through the lens of past attachment patterns and how they impact our current relationships—with others and, most importantly, with ourselves. In our work together, we’ll explore the underlying thoughts, emotions, and fears influencing your daily life, helping you move toward greater clarity and connection.

I take an integrative approach, blending skills-based techniques from CBT and systems theory with somatic therapies like IFS (Internal Family Systems) parts work and EMDR to support deep healing and growth.

My clinical training has given me extensive experience working with individuals and couples navigating major life transitions, as well as a strong foundation in psychological pathology and crisis intervention.

As an open-minded, gender-inclusive therapist, I strive to create a safe and affirming space for all identities and backgrounds. I am committed to advocating for and supporting those in marginalized communities.
