Hi, I’m Elizabeth!
Relational & Attachment-Based Therapist.
As humans we are wired for connection and it shapes how we move through life. As a relational therapist, I love exploring how our past attachment experiences show up in our relationships today, with others and ourselves. Together, we’ll uncover the thoughts, emotions, and fears that influence your daily life and work toward greater clarity, connection, and self-compassion.
I take an integrative approach mixing somatic and immersive therapies like AEDP, IFS (Internal Family Systems) parts work and EMDR. Think of it as a toolkit for deep healing that’s tailored to you.
Outside of therapy, I value curiosity, growth, and a little humor along the way. I live in sunny Los Angeles, California with my husband and two dogs. I’m deeply inspired by the beautiful nature California has to offer, whether it is taking a hike, feeling the ocean breeze, or simply spending time in my garden. Nature reminds me of the resilience, growth, and connection that exist in all of us, and I bring that same presence and appreciation for life into my work with clients. I aim to create a safe, affirming, and inclusive space, and I’m passionate about advocating for and supporting marginalized communities.
